My Ring Collection accepts online payment by credit card through PAYPAL. GST (Goods and Services Tax) of 10% is inclusive in all our prices. All prices stated are in Australian dollars.
Prices of products, service, delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but are subject to change at any time. If stock is unavailable, a customer service representative will contact you regarding an alternative selection, or a transaction reversal.
If, in the process of engaging with the My Ring Collection website, you performed a transaction in error, My Ring Collection will refund the amount charged to your card on that order.

Delivery is via Eparcel (Australia Post). Delivery is free of charge. Delivery should be received within 5-7 working days, subject to stock availability. As Eparcel requires a signature, you will be asked to specify an address during business hours that delivery can be made to and signed for. If you are not available at the time of delivery, a card will be left for you at that address asking you to contact the courier and arrange an alternative delivery or pick up of your order.

In cases of faulty goods returns should be sent to My Ring Collection by registered post and a replacement or repaired product will be sent freight free.
In the instance that a customer has a change of mind and would like to exchange for another product, additional re-delivery freight charges will apply. Items must be returned within 15 days of original dispatch date unused and in as new condition with all the original packaging. You must contact us prior to returning the goods, by email or telephone. My Ring Collection will either exchange the item and add re-delivery charges or refund the amount of the item, less the original freight charges. Please note - there is no exchange or refund offered on sale items.
